Food Allergy Anxiety Management Tips from Allergists

Each year during Food Allergy Awareness Week, I post daily on social media, and I usually have a specific theme for the content I post that week.

This year's theme was:

Sharing helpful food allergy anxiety management tips from allergists.

But beyond sharing helpful tips, I actually had another goal in mind for my week-long series this year...

To highlight that allergists want to help you live your best life, and as such, want you to discuss your food allergy-related worries and fears with them.

To achieve this, I asked some of my favorite board certified allergist friends to answer the following question: about food allergy anxiety management:

"What's one thing those living with food allergies can do to help decrease their food allergy anxiety and fears?"

Curious how my allergist friends answered this question? Check out their answers below!
